Ce projet int\u00e8gre des mesures qui<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">touchent \u00e0 la r\u00e9glementation des baux commerciaux.<\/span><\/p><p>Ce texte devra \u00eatre examin\u00e9 par une commission mixte paritaire afin de permettre son adoption d\u00e9finitive \u00a0mais en l\u2019\u00e9tat cette r\u00e9forme est susceptible de modifier l\u2019\u00e9quilibre des relations entre bailleurs et preneurs.<\/p><p>Voici les principales dispositions envisag\u00e9es\u00a0:<\/p><p style=\"text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;\"><span style=\"font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-size-adjust: none; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-variant-position: normal; font-variant-emoji: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <strong>&#8211;\u00a0 \u00a0<\/strong><\/span><strong>Mensualisation des loyers<\/strong>\u00a0: le preneur pourra exiger un paiement mensuel s\u2019il en fait la demande.
